Welcome to OnBrand '18. We’re happy you’ll be joining us. For complete details on the terms that apply to registration, please read through the terms below. OnBrand '18 is organized by Bynder B.V.
1. Registration fees
Tickets for OnBrand '18 are available for purchase until 23:59 on October 10th, 2018. All attendees have to pay the registration fee prior to arrival at the event venue. There will be no tickets for sale at the door of the venue.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Things happen. We understand. Here is how cancellation refunds work:
If you are not able to attend the event, you have to notify us in writing by sending an email to email@example.com by October 5th, 2018. All refunds are subject to a €100 processing fee. For cancellations received after October 5th, 2018 and paid attendees who don’t attend, the registration fee is non-refundable.
If you can’t attend but you know someone who can, you may transfer your registration to another person at any date prior to the event. When transferring your ticket, you have to notify us in writing by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, providing the name and contact details of the person you want to assign the ticket to.
Refund and/or transfer requests at email@example.com will be dealt within five (5) business days for a first response.
In the (unlikely) event that we fail to provide the advertised goods and services (e.g., cancellation of OnBrand '18) we will refund the registration fee excluding processing fees.
3. Age limitations
Attendees must be at least 18 years of age to attend OnBrand '18 and all related events. If you would like to request an exception to this rule, you have to send your request in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org.
4. Photography, video and audio recordings
By attending OnBrand '18, you expressly give your consent to having your image, voice, likeness and/or presentation recorded. You hereby further grant us the right to use the images, videos and/or audio recordings recordings taken at OnBrand ’18 and related events however we might choose to, without giving you notice or any compensation. We might use them in any and all media formats available now or in the future for illustration, art, promotion, advertising, trade or any other purpose and you release us, our affiliates and successors from any liability whatsoever of any nature in regard thereto.
Unless we notify you otherwise, you are permitted to take photos, videos or audio recordings (collectively, “recordings”) at OnBrand ’18, as long as you comply with the following terms:
These recordings might include content or material that is protected by copyrights, trademarks, or other rights which we own or license.
You are allowed to copy, reproduce, publish, or distribute the recordings without our written permission for your individual personal use. We allow and even encourage you to disseminate the recordings through social media, as long as the recordings are in compliance with these terms. Please feel free to connect with us on social media through use of the hashtag: #OnBrand18.
In any other case, for example commercial or editorial use, you need to obtain our permission in writing prior to use.
You agree that you won’t use any recordings: (1) in a way that is misleading or disparaging; (2) in a way that implies that the content of the recordings is your own; (3) for commercial purposes or in a way that implies that we endorse, sponsor or approve of your business, services or products; or (4) in violation of applicable law or in connection with an obscene, indecent, or unlawful topic or material. If we request that you discontinue use of any recordings, you will immediately comply with our request. And of course, if we do notify you that recordings aren’t allowed, then you agree that you won’t take any recordings.
We might make updates to the agenda from time-to-time, which might include a change in speakers or cancellation of certain sessions. We can’t promise the attendance of any speaker and won’t refund fees paid based on changes to the agenda.
We will not accept liability for damages of any nature sustained by participants or accompanying persons, or resulting from loss of or damage to their personal property, as a result of the conference or related events. In the event of industrial disruption or other unforeseen circumstances, we accept no responsibility for loss of monies incurred by delegates. Our liability is limited to the return of paid registration fees which we may also, at our sole discretion, provide in a voucher which can be redeemed for future events or Bynder products. Participants should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance, along with travel insurance.
Information submitted in the registration process will be used and shared for registration and event marketing purposes. This information includes: name, surname, company name, job title, country and email address. We might use these details to inform registrants of conference updates or future events via email. We might also display companies registered to attend on our website before the event to inform other participants on who's already attending, or after the event to show who attended. This includes company names and/or logos and job titles but no personal information.
